While we have no sending domain of our own, every plan including Free can connect a Google account and send reminders from it. Once our own domain is in place, Free will send from our address instead, and connecting your own Google account becomes part of the paid plans. Anyone already on Free will be told before that changes.
No free trial on the paid plans, on purpose. The Free plan does not expire, so there is never a day where you lose access to your own records.
Questions
- Does PayList take a cut of my payments?
- No. It never touches your money. Customers pay you directly through BPI, GCash, bank transfer or cash, exactly as they do now.
- Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
- No, and deliberately. The Free plan is not a countdown — it stays free for as long as you want it. You move up when five customers is not enough, or when you want reminders to come from your own address. That way nobody loses access to their records because a trial ran out.
- What happens when I reach five customers?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Everything you already have keeps working and keeps sending. You are simply asked to move to Pro before adding a sixth.
- Why do reminders come from your address on the Free plan?
- Because a shared sending address is only as trustworthy as the worst message sent through it. If anyone could put any address on mail leaving our domain, that domain would end up blocked and every other business would stop being able to reach their customers. Your business name is still on the email and replies still come to you. Pro connects your own Gmail or mailbox, so your reputation is your own.
- Can my customers pay by card?
- Not today. PayList shows them your QR code and details, and they pay through their own banking app. Card and online payment are on the list, not in the product.
- Do my customers need an account?
- No. They open a private link, see what they owe and how to pay it, and press one button when they have paid.
