Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to stop paying for PayList, and when we give money back.
Last updated 14 August 2026
Cancelling
Email us and we will cancel. There is no notice period and nothing to justify. Your paid plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Every customer, subscription and payment you have recorded stays exactly as it is and stays readable. The Free plan simply limits you to 5 customers, so you cannot add more until you move back up. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
Refunds
We refund in these situations:
- Charged after cancelling. Refunded in full, always. Tell us and we will sort it out.
- Charged twice, or the wrong amount. The difference, or the duplicate, refunded in full.
- The service was substantially broken for you and we could not fix it — for example reminders not sending for days. A pro-rata refund for the time it was not working.
- Within 7 days of your first payment. If it is not what you expected, ask and we will refund it. Once each, per account.
What we do not refund
- Part-used months after the first 7 days. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not reach back into the current one.
- Payments your own customers did not make. PayList reminds people to pay you; it cannot make them, and money you did not collect from a customer is not money we owe you.
- Email that a recipient never opened, or that their provider filed as spam. We can show you that it was sent.
How to ask
Email ahmadoo.rajeh@gmail.com with the address on your account and what happened. We reply within two working days, and where a refund is due we send it within 10 working days, by the same route the payment came in.
Refunds are made in Philippine pesos (PHP), the currency charged. If your bank or wallet applies a conversion or fee at their end, that part is outside our control.
If you are not happy with the outcome
Tell us why, and a person will look at it again rather than repeating the first answer. We would far rather refund somebody than argue with them.
